Serious and powerful blade, it is more rigid and less flexible than the commercial version of the K5, providing more speed. Its decreased flexibility resembles the K3 model. It serves as an excellent base in a pair to my K5. I use a straight St handle. The weight of my base K5 is 84 grams and the K5 Pro is also 84 grams. I am very happy with the build quality. I feel that the stable rebound spot on my K5 Pro is slightly larger than that of the K5. I believe this is due to the location of the ALC layer. The serial number of my K5 Pro is W8100002.
