I’m using the penhold version. This blade is light, which is a plus as you can get to the ball just that bit faster to better place or loop the ball or block an incoming attack ball.
Being an all-round wood blade, the balance is tilted towards control and good feedback (feel) rather than speed. For an intermediate leisure player like myself, that translates to a higher percentage of my shots landing on the table where I want them to be.
There are some vibrations, especially if you use a medium-soft rubber like myself, but you get used to it. Overall, the price is very reasonable for what I would consider a well-made all-round blade.
