Yinhe Hinoki 3A

All-wood

This is a very good quality blade. It is finished perfectly, and the grains of the hinoki wood on my blade are very consistent.

Of all the blades I have tried, it is the most fun to play with. Shots feel good and get back onto the table much more often. If you play a push game, you’ll find this blade very good. Just angle and push and bam - it goes.

However, due to its thickness, it is a little less agile. I find that a big forehand smash is a little harder to get right, and touch play close to the net is a little heavy to be gentle.

I find that this blade does well with all rubbers that I have put on it. Hard, soft, whatever. I’m quite astounded. I would urge any intrigued player to try this one out and have some fun.
