Yinhe Venus V-14 Pro
Blade description:
The Yinhe Venus V-14 Pro is a high-performance offensive blade featuring a 5+2 construction with an Arylate-Carbon (ALC) composite layer. It utilizes a Koto outer ply, which provides a crisp, solid contact feel and promotes a fast, direct response suitable for an aggressive, attacking style. While it is considered an OFF to OFF+ blade, it maintains a level of precision that allows for effective touch play and short game control.
Key Playing Characteristics
- Speed and Power: The blade is fast and powerful, especially when engaging the ALC layer on offensive strokes. It is particularly effective for looping, smashing, and mid-to-far distance play, offering a “deadly” sting on attacking shots.
- Feel and Dwell: The Koto-outer composition creates a firm, stiff feel with little vibration, providing clear feedback on impact. While it is less flexible than all-wood alternatives, it offers sufficient dwell time for spin generation, enabling the production of heavy topspin.
- Control and Versatility: Despite its speed, it is praised for its balance and stability. It allows for accurate blocking and controlled, short-touch shots. Users note that it is well-suited for two-winged loopers who require a reliable, high-performing platform for both forehand and backhand attacks.
Build and Handling
- Craftsmanship: The blade is recognized for its high-quality construction, featuring smooth finishing, comfortable handle ergonomics, and a large sweet spot. It is frequently noted for its durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Weight and Balance: The blade generally falls in the average to slightly heavier weight category (typically ranging between 87g and 93g). Its weight distribution is often described as well-balanced, which facilitates quick transitions between forehand and backhand wings.
- Recommendation: Given its performance-to-price ratio, it is frequently cited as a high-value alternative to premium market benchmarks. While it is accessible to intermediate players, its speed and direct response mean it performs best in the hands of players with established stroke techniques.

Want an excellent blade at a low cost? I found it! This blade has an excellent finish, weight, control, attack, spin, and defense. It is much better than famous brands. It is fantastic. I highly recommend it!

I own a Timo Boll ALC and wanted to try out a clone. A large amount of reviews on revspin say this is a very close copy. However, I find this blade to be harder and stiffer. My Timo Boll ALC has a clear feeling, good response, and control. The V14 Pro has slightly more speed. This blade is for people who find BTY Koto & ALC blades to be too slow.

After reading all these reviews here, I ordered one from Aliexpress. All the positive reviews here are on point! The Yinhe V-14 Pro is an amazing blade for the price. It has very good control, and you also get the speed when you hit it hard. The sound when you hit it is fantastic too.
I have many inexpensive blades. Now, I usually play with Stiga Rosewood and Stiga Carbonado 145. Carbonado is a little too fast for me. Now the Yinhe V-14 Pro is going to be my favorite blade.
Highly recommended for beginners and intermediate players.
