Blade description:

The Yinhe Venus V-14 Pro is a meticulously crafted table tennis blade that combines exceptional performance with affordability, making it a highly sought-after choice for both intermediate and advanced players. With a composition of seven plies, including limba on the outer layers, ALC (Arylate-Carbon) for added speed and stability, and a kiri core, the V-14 Pro is designed to deliver a perfect blend of speed, control, and touch.

Weighing in at approximately 85-92 grams with a thickness of 5.7 mm, this blade feels notably balanced. It is characterized as neither too heavy nor too light, making it ideal for players who prioritize a well-rounded performance in their game. Its stiffness rating of 6.2 and hardness of 6.8 contribute to a smooth yet powerful hitting experience, allowing for effective looping and aggressive play styles. Players have noted that the V-14 Pro exhibits remarkable consistency and feedback during play, which is essential for executing precision shots.

In terms of flexibility, the Yinhe Venus V-14 Pro strikes the right balance, offering enough stiffness for powerful strokes while maintaining a level of flex that allows for a forgiving touch on delicate shots. For those considering alternatives, the standard V-14 or other high-performance blades like the Butterfly Timo Boll ALC may come to mind, but the V-14 Pro is often regarded as a more affordable clone that does not compromise on quality. With rave reviews pointing to its impressive craftsmanship and similar playability to significantly pricier blades, the Yinhe Venus V-14 Pro stands out as an exceptional choice for players looking to elevate their game without breaking the bank.

Very fast blade off/off+ to me, it weighs 91+ grams and is rather stiff. Short touch feeling but very nice. It’s good for every line of the game, far and closed. It is very effective for offensive strokes, topspin, side spin, but surprisingly good for serves too. It has an awesome finish. The handle and paddle surface finish allow you to unglue it without damage. It’s quite fast (pro level speed) and heavy, I’m not sure if I will keep using it but I definitely understand the hype for that blade. I hope I will find a good backhand rubber to go along with it. It’s also very demanding on footwork, in my opinion it’s necessary to have pro level legs or close to it. I believe that traditional Chinese rubber with a booster would fit perfectly with it.

Great blade. The best choice under $50. I recently played with the Butterfly ZJALC, and this blade is slightly harder and faster. It offers a bit less speed and vibration compared to the Viscaria. For the price, there is no better choice. My blade cost $35 and offers excellent quality and a great finish. Slight adjustments may be necessary based on the user’s preferences.

He estado usando esta madera durante un año y me ha ayudado a mejorar. Creo que es una excelente opción para jugadores que buscan efecto y velocidad. La madera en sí es muy rápida y, al combinarla con gomas de control, puedes obtener una combinación formidable.
