Yinhe T-11
Blade description:
This composite blade features a 3+2 construction, utilizing a thick balsa wood core paired with carbon layers and limba outer plies. It is widely characterized by its extremely low weight—typically ranging from 64g to 77g—and high stiffness. Due to the balsa core, the blade is highly responsive and produces a distinct, high-pitched acoustic feedback, often described as a “ping” sound upon ball contact.
Playing Characteristics
- Speed and Power: Classified as an OFF/OFF+ blade, it is designed for aggressive play. It generates significant speed with minimal physical effort, making it highly effective for smashes, flat hitting, and fast-paced block-and-drive rallies.
- Feel and Control: The blade provides a direct, linear feel with minimal vibration. While many users appreciate its accuracy, the lack of dwell time—a result of the stiff construction—makes it less forgiving for players who rely on heavy topspin loops. It rewards precise, technically sound strokes and good touch; erratic swings are prone to errors.
- Tactical Suitability: It excels in close-to-the-table play, where its light weight allows for quick reactions and rapid reflexes. While it can perform at mid-distance, its speed and springy balsa effect can make it difficult to control when playing defensive shots or slow, spinny loops.
Setup and Maintenance Considerations
- Rubber Pairing: The blade performs best with medium to medium-hard sponges. Many users find that soft, tensioned rubbers improve dwell time, while very hard, tacky Chinese rubbers may provide insufficient spin or feel.
- Durability Note: The limba outer ply is notably thin and fragile. Players are advised to exercise caution when removing rubbers to avoid splintering the wood, or to seal the blade surface prior to initial assembly. Due to its unique construction, there can be notable weight and performance inconsistencies between individual blades.

Tried with T05 and T25, poor control, hard to spin. Stiffer than tbs and Timo Boll ALC but softer than 729 black carbon.

I bought one in Taiwan. The speed is low.

Just purchased this blade on second hand. I wanted a lighter setup to limit my armaches. Anounced at 64 gr, it weighed 55 gr! Ok, I thaught this would be a toy and not a TT blade… Glued with Gewo Hype EL 2,1 mm for BH and Stiga Magna TX 1,8 mm for FH. I’m used to play balsa carbon with the Donic Waldner Black devil (84 gr).
I was hoping a little less quality due to the price and the weight. And after my first competition I have just one thing to say: What is wrong with you, the big european brands!!! I’ve never had a blade with so much qualities! No fuzzy vibrations when hitting like the Bdevil, good ball feeling despite the stiffness, no problem for looping and the sound is totally normal. (I saw several reviews talking about a high, disturbing sound) It’s a real pleasure to play with this blade.
I just feel like I can flip any serve and be aggressive on any ball coming. If the T11+Keep those qualities, don’t hesitate, it’s too good to be real!.
