The blade is well made and sanded. The handle feels full and rounded. I was expecting an ALL+ blade, but it might be OFF- instead. The top ply is a bit softer than the N9, but it’s still high pitched and fast with bare wood.

I gave the blade to a beginner with no experience at all with two Joola 4 You rubbers mounted. These rubbers are super soft, so she could produce small and rounded topspin arcs just from striking at medium-low speed through the ball.

I will try the N1S with some harder 729 or Yinhe rubber to see if it is still a beginner setup or turns into the same flat hitter beast as the N9.
