The Yinhe PRO 7W table tennis blade is a 7-ply offensive blade that combines speed, control, and consistency into one dynamic package. With an overall rating of 9.1, this blade is highly regarded among players for its exceptional performance.

The PRO 7W features a construction of Limba, Ayous, and Limba wood, creating a balanced feel and excellent feedback. The Limba outer layers provide a crisp, responsive touch, while the Ayous core layers add power and depth to your shots. The 6.0mm thickness provides a good balance between speed and control, making it suitable for a wide range of playing styles.

In terms of speed, the Yinhe PRO 7W is rated a 9 out of 10, making it one of the faster blades in the Galaxy Yinhe lineup. This blade excels in generating pace, allowing players to unleash powerful attacks and execute quick counter-attacks. Despite its speed, the PRO 7W also offers a surprising amount of control, rated at 7 out of 10. This gives players the precision they need to place their shots accurately and maintain consistency during intense rallies.

The PRO 7W's stiffness and hardness ratings of 7 and 5.2, respectively, indicate a medium-stiff blade that provides a good balance between flexibility and stability. This makes it suitable for players who prefer a blade that offers a lively feel without compromising control.

Overall, the Yinhe PRO 7W is an excellent choice for players seeking a fast, powerful, and well-balanced blade. Its combination of speed, control, and consistency makes it a versatile option for a wide range of playing styles, from aggressive attackers to all-around players.

Galaxy Pro 7W

Recently purchased the Galaxy Pro 7W. It features a weight of 88 grams and a thickness of 6.1 millimeters. As a 7-ply all-wood blade, the Pro 7W is stiffer than its sibling, the Pro 5W.

The blade’s surface is made of soft limba, offering excellent control and dwell time. It is particularly well-suited for drives, loop drives, and blocks executed close to the table. However, it also performs adequately with loops from mid-distance.

In terms of overall speed, the Galaxy Pro 7W is comparable to the Clipper but remains slightly slower than blades from YES.

Despite its budget-friendly price of $30, the Pro 7W boasts an exceptional finish. Its FL handle is exceptionally smooth and comfortable, avoiding the excessive thinness found in some DHS handles.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Galaxy Pro 7W to technically proficient players seeking a blade that combines sensitivity and reasonable speed.
