This was my first rubber, which I used over 50 years ago. It’s a great learning rubber and is well-suited for institutional use, such as in prisons, nursing homes, or schools. However, it is not as good as the old BTY D-13.
Addoy is a better name than Dignics, which sounds like a rubber you would use for playing at a picnic. I truly believe that the person at Butterfly who thinks up these names is under the influence of something. I would recommend that their next rubber be called “Pigbutts”…it has a real ring to it.
Good for beginners. It has an extremely low throw angle and generates very little spin. It is okay for learning strokes. Once you develop good technique, you may want to move away from it.
This rubber is not the best option available, but it is a great choice for beginners who are just starting to learn the basics of table tennis.
Ultimate and the best choice for beginners, an all-around classic.
This is the first time I can use an inverted rubber on my drive.
