Review:

This rubber is listed as one of the top ten with a high throw, but only has three reviews. This suggests that the database needs improvement.

Rating:

I rate the throw as a 1 in order to get this outdated item off the first page, where it appears to have the highest throw. However, it should be noted that this assessment is based solely on the limited number of reviews available.

Durability:
I played with this rubber for less than a year, and the sides started coming off. While this may not be a significant issue since it’s only affecting the sides, there’s room for improvement.

Control:
The rubber could offer better control. My forehand shots using the SRiver D-13L were flying out of control, indicating a lack of precision and accuracy.

This rubber was a scam and disappointment. I was very disappointed with this rubber. It was a blast from the past.

I played a Sriver L D13 High Tune on Andro Cell Core OFF+ and fell in love with the rubber instantly. My Tenergy 64 on the other side of the blade felt slow compared to Sriver to High Tune. I have never played a rubber faster than High Tune Sriver! It is not very tacky, and the surface feels like a regular Sriver, but the rubber has a monstrous spin, both on serves and topspins. Interestingly, I did not have to adjust my play significantly. I had played a speed-glued Sriver before, and High Tune had more speed and spin—much more speed and much more spin!

The rubber is not approved by ITTF yet. There are no signs or text on the rubber indicating that it is high-tuned (the text is on the sponge side). However, it would be suspicious to have such speed and spin with a regular Sriver. Therefore, I recommend not using this rubber in competitions.

I would recommend this rubber to natural-born attackers. I hope that it will be approved by ITTF in the future.
