DHS Memo 3
Rubber description:
This rubber is a versatile, non-tacky offensive sheet that balances speed, spin, and control. Unlike many traditional Chinese rubbers that rely on high tackiness, this model features a grippy topsheet that allows for consistent ball placement during loops and drives. It is well-suited for players who prefer a reliable, all-around performance without extreme specialized characteristics.
Physical Characteristics and Playing Feel
- Sponge Properties: Features a medium-hard sponge that offers more firmness than classic European rubbers like Sriver L, yet remains softer than most hard-sponge Chinese alternatives.
- Surface: Non-tacky with high natural grip, providing a predictable reaction to incoming spin.
- Type: Hybrid (incorporates elements of both Chinese and Japanese styles).
Performance Features
- Control: Offers high precision in the short game and allows for accurate direction and depth control on offensive strokes.
- Speed: Delivers a fast, responsive output when paired with carbon or off-speed blades, reacting directly to the player’s input and swing speed.
- Versatility: Functions as an all-around offensive rubber, enabling players to transition effectively between looping and driving without significant performance gaps.

Great rubber - fast, spinny, and very controllable. The speed and direction will react to your playing style. The sponge is slightly harder than, for instance, Sriver L, but not as hard as many Chinese rubbers.
The short game is very controllable. I play it on an Andro OFF+ racket, and it pairs very well with it!

This rubber has a typical performance, offering normal speed, spin, and control. What sets it apart from other Chinese rubbers is its non-tacky surface, which provides more grip than most.
However, it still falls into the category of lower quality. Nevertheless, considering its price, it is acceptable. I would rate this rubber 8 out of 10.

I love this rubber! I’m currently using it with a Butterfly Sardius blade, and it really gives me a high level of control with the ball.
I can loop and drive at will, and it goes exactly where I want it to go. Thank God for DHS! =D
