This is an excellent rubber. The topsheet is absolutely gorgeous, demonstrating very high quality.
I found it played exceptionally well against opponents who hit quality shots or against high spin balls, particularly when I was in practice and playing several hours a week. However, I faced challenges against weak balls or against low/no spin balls because I struggled to engage the sponge adequately.
Ultimately, I concluded that this rubber might not be the ideal choice for me, but that’s more attributable to my inadequacies than the rubber itself. If you seek a top-quality Chinese rubber that performs well with the Chinese style of play, you can’t go wrong with this one.
Update 2018:
After using this rubber on my FH for a couple of months, my appreciation for it has grown. It truly excels in almost every aspect. In the past, I’ve experienced difficulties counter looping off the table with tacky rubbers, but my technique has certainly improved and this rubber outperforms most tacky Chinese rubbers I’ve tried in this regard.
Additionally, I’ve purchased multiple sheets of this rubber and the quality control has been impeccable. All sheets are identical and maintain exceptional quality.
Falco Long Booster
This rubber features 3 layers of Falco long booster, resulting in a significant increase in speed. It provides excellent spin, but its throw is classified as medium low.
