The Andro Treiber CO OFF is a well-rounded table tennis blade, designed for aggressive players seeking a balance between speed and control. Constructed with a 5-ply design, this blade features a blend of wood and carbon, delivering not just remarkable power but also a satisfactory level of feel for the ball. Many users praise its ability to generate spin, making it a suitable choice for those who enjoy incorporating heavy topspin into their gameplay.
Weighing in at approximately 90 grams and measuring 5.8 mm in thickness, the Andro Treiber CO OFF strikes a balance that offers both portability and stability. The blade’s medium weight contributes to its maneuverability, allowing for quick adjustments during frantic rallies. Its stiffness rating of 7.3 and hardness rating of 7.4 indicate that it provides a substantial level of responsiveness, which players appreciate when executing offensive shots. With an overall control rating of 9.1, many players have noted that it allows for precise strokes and effective blocking.
Flexibility is another key attribute of this blade; it demonstrates enough give to accommodate different styles of play while enhancing the dwell time for spin-heavy shots. For players searching for similar options, alternatives worth considering include the BTY Viscaria and the BTY Amultart, which also cater to offensive styles while providing distinct characteristics in play. Overall, the Andro Treiber CO OFF has garnered high ratings from the table tennis community, affirming its status as a reliable and efficient choice for competitive players.
Mine blade is 85gr. Paired with G-1 and Mantra M, it delivers great power in the 2-3 zone and is stable at the close of the table. Blocking is also stable and predictable. In short games, I feel the ball very well, like with a 5wood ply blade. Speed is OFF-OFF+ (1571 hz), almost the same as Viscaria - TB ALC. The handle is perfect!
The blade’s OFF- rating offers great control for a carbon blade. For an attacker, fast and hard rubbers are recommended.
However, the handle has been a minor inconvenience for me. I ordered the ST version with my larger hands, which has led to some blade slipping. I’ve added an overgrip, but that affects the blade’s dynamics and grip flexibility.
Despite this issue, I’ve enjoyed using the blade for the past year. However, as a 1900-rated player in the US, I believe it’s time for me to move on to a more advanced blade.
Blade ini memang ciamik.
