Blade description:

The Butterfly Innerforce T5000 is a high-performance table tennis blade renowned for its remarkable balance of speed and control. Designed for advanced players who prefer an aggressive, offensive style, this blade features a composition of seven plies, including two layers of carbon, which contribute to its expressiveness while maintaining a softer touch. With a thickness of 5.7mm, this blade is recognized for its quick response time, allowing players to unleash powerful shots with precision.

Weighing in at 90 grams, the T5000 is considered medium weight, making it comfortable for extended play without causing fatigue. Its stiffness rating of 6.9 yields a good blend of flexibility, allowing for intricate spins and loops while still delivering sharp, aggressive strokes. The blade’s hardness rating of 8 ensures that players experience a solid feel upon impact with the ball, enhancing the connection and feedback necessary for fine-tuning their playing techniques.

Though the Blade is fast, reviewers frequently note its exceptional control, rating it 7 out of 10 for consistency during play. This unique combination makes the Innerforce T5000 a favorite among hitters and loopers alike, drawing compliments for its ability to adapt to various playing styles. Alternatives to consider would be the Timo Boll T5000 or the Kreanga Carbon, but many players find the T5000 unmatched in its blend of speed, control, and feel. Enthusiasts of the sport often regard it as a classic, underscoring its long-standing reputation as a top-choice blade for those serious about improving their game.

This blade is very good. At first, it was too fast, but after a while, it wasn’t as hard at all. It was very easy to adapt to.

I played with Nittaku G1 on the forehand and Tibhar 1Q-XD on the backhand, and it was awesome.

Alas, I sold this blade for 40 euros, only to later discover that it was discontinued a long time ago. It is apparently a “classic,” and it was on eBay for 200 euros, which many people paid. A small detail that is comforting is that I got it for free!

Very good, easy-to-play blade, even though it is fast!

OFF+ like a boss! I had an ST handle for a couple of months. Not my taste, but definitely playable. I recommend it for those who are hitters and looking for a fast blade, but want a softer touch for looping. Pairs well with all all-round and attacking rubbers.
