The blade is not of good quality. It feels cheap and flimsy in the hand. The handle is too small and uncomfortable to hold. The blade is also not very durable and will likely break easily if it is dropped or hit against a hard surface.

Like it says, this is a good intermediate blade! It has above average speed and control, with a below average price! However, the design is just very ugly and it has no real strong points. It is not a good choice for tournaments. You want to go with something that will give you an edge, and that your training can cover for the blade’s weakness (e.g. lack of control). This one gives you no clear-cut disadvantage, but is too slow or not too forgiving to give you a clear advantage!
