It is one of my favorites because it has a solid wood feel and little to no vibration due to its basswood component. Can you find a blade of the same attractive price without vibration?

According to the manufacturer’s specifications, it weighs 91g, but it feels a bit heavy if you are used to blades that are 10g or more lighter. The wood on the handle has a muddy smell. Use wood cleaner a few times to remove it.

Overall, it’s a good blade for players who like to play close to the table and enjoy placing the ball with control.

Old design basswood blade, like the BTY Kenny Pro. Good for close to the table all-round play. Plays faster than the manufacturers claim. Can be heavy with 2.0-2.5 rubbers. Works well for block, counter, and looping close to the table. This is the only blade now offered in the ALL class by Butterfly.
