This was my first blade and it allows for all around play. For looping, it’s just so-so, not good nor bad. The speed is good for an all-around blade, and it’s almost an off-blade (with a weight of just around 76 grams). The backhand flick is very good. I’ve tried it with many rubbers such as Rozena, Sriver, and Skyline TG2. However, when shooting the ball, the spin quality is not as good as the speed. I can loop with both a Chinese and European style, but I still haven’t achieved good spin quality. As the Butterfly advertisement states, this blade is for learning the basics of table tennis. This means that if you want to do something more advanced, you should look for another blade.
