All-wood
This blade (Cotto ALC) stands out in its class due to its tung tree core. Mine weighs 89 grams and boasts an excellent finish and appearance.
I equipped it with solid Chinese rubber DHS hurricane 8i dianchi. It’s very sensitive with little flexibility, and its balance is closer to the handle, making it comfortable to play with the closed side.
As a versatile and comfortable blade with a large patch of stable rebound, it’s both easy and pleasant to play with. I’ve compared it to similar blades I’ve owned, including the yinhe pro 01, DHS tg506, sanwei 75 alc, and butterfly kenta matsudiara, and I believe this one is the best of them overall.
I highly recommend it.
