The Yasaka Reinforce LT is a highly regarded table tennis blade that blends control and speed, making it a favorite among players who seek precision and adaptability in their game. This blade features seven plies, comprising five wood plies paired with two fleece carbon plies, resulting in a unique composition that enhances both durability and performance. With a thickness of 6.0 mm and a weight of 82 grams, the Reinforce LT strikes the ideal balance between lightweight maneuverability and robust power.
Despite its carbon layers, the Reinforce LT does not compromise on flexibility, displaying a stiffness rating of 5.3 and a hardness of 5.4. This construction allows players to exploit various playing styles, whether engaging in spin-heavy loops or executing powerful drives. The exceptional control rating of 9.3 ensures players can place their shots precisely, while a speed rating of 8.6 indicates that the blade can deliver sufficient acceleration for aggressive gameplay. Users have noted that this blade performs admirably with a variety of rubber types, particularly favoring faster and harder options, enhancing its overall effectiveness.
Those seeking alternatives within a similar performance range might consider blades like the Victas Fire Fall FC or the Andro Gauzy SL. However, many users express their satisfaction with the Reinforce LT, often elevating it to their top choices after extensive testing. Priced competitively, it offers outstanding value compared to other high-end brands, making it accessible for various skill levels. Overall, the Yasaka Reinforce LT is an exemplary choice for players who desire a blend of spin, control, and satisfactory speed in their table tennis equipment.
Very good blade. Light and fast, it has a decent grip, even for my European hands. It is right in the middle for my offensive playing style: not too fast, but adequately quick; not too hard, but decently stiff for flat hitting and flexible enough for looping.
I had quite a few blades on my table for the next season: Tibhar Dynamic JC, Sanwei Super 75, Sanwei 75 Inner, Hurricane Long 3, Ma Long Five, Donic Waldner Senso Ultra Carbon… but in the end, the Reinforce LT stood out from the rest. It is very good at everything, including price.
Nice dwell time, able to generate lots of spin & arc. Drives/blocks are comfortable, looping backspin balls is a breeze.
Previously, I used Andro Gauzy SL, which is very hard & stiff with Sanwei Gear Hyper on FH and Rigan Spin on BH. Compared to the Gauzy, Reinforce LT with the same rubbers feels way more comfortable, more consistent, and generates way more spin (at the cost of speed, of course).
Overall, a beautiful blade for the price. If you like consistent spin/loop gameplay, then this blade is for you.
This is the best blade I’ve tried in a long time. I used to buy Nittaku blades for their quality, but this blade is just as good, if not better!
