This rubber is very nice!
I used it on my backhand of a DHS Fang Bo B2X Carbon. It does what it does and you can push very short, return service very short, chop, flick. However, it is slow and quite difficult to topspin with it. It would be suitable with a faster blade like a Clipper. I used it unboosted.
A soft sponge requires good ball handling but allows you to play sure-handed within the table without over-stating.
Topspin on the left also requires effort, but the ball flies with strong spin and changes trajectory after bouncing off the table.
The rubber seemed a bit too soft. It took me about two weeks to get used to. It gives you good control, stability, and a predictable short game.
You need a good practice stroke for a smooth finish.
Spinny rubber, with good control, surprisingly lots of spin. Good for opening and touch, but a little bit harder to finish the point than, for example, the 09C or D05. However, the weird Chinese arc and rhythm change are advantages of this rubber, especially if opponents have not dealt with Chinese-type rubbers. In my opinion, it suits Harimoto ALC and Stiga Xu Xin well. Good for fast blades to take off bounciness on touch shots. On outer ply, it needs a booster much more than for inner in order to create a second speed after the bounce.
Good spin, good control.
Can generate a lot of spin…
