I played with this rubber for a few months on a Stiga All Around Classic after using a Vari Spin. I applied it on both sides in 1.8mm thickness.

In many ways, this is a good rubber, but I wasn’t fully convinced. I didn’t feel a great sense of control with it, nor did I find a satisfying feeling during play. While I believe this rubber is not a mistake to use, I now find it more interesting to explore something more modern, such as any entry-level tensor rubber.

Just for precision, I tend to think that a slower rubber is better than one that is too fast.

Dit is een prima aanvallend rubber met veel controle. Ik gebruik het op mijn forehand.

Hiermee speel ik al jarenlang. Als recreatiespeler vernieuw ik het rubber één keer per jaar.

For players seeking a safe and easy-to-play backhand rubber, this is a great choice. The long-lasting topsheet offers excellent grip and spin. While the speed is not exceptional for a classic rubber, it is still quite satisfactory.

It is advisable to choose the maximum thickness unless you are a beginner. This rubber has a medium throw and long dwell time, making it fantastic for blocking and creating a controlled backhand loop. It truly is a versatile, all-around classic rubber.

Compared to the regular Mark V, this rubber is slightly slower but produces a bit more spin due to its softer sponge. It plays well with you and does not have a mind of its own, unlike many tensor rubbers.

This rubber provides excellent control and accuracy. I use it in a 1.8 thickness on the forehand for a controlled offensive play style, which suits an all-rounder approach.

However, it may not be fast or spinny enough for more aggressive players seeking higher offensive capabilities.

Pros:

  • Very balanced offensive/allround rubber with a slightly soft sponge.
  • Provides sufficient speed and spin.
  • Lightweight with good consistency.
  • Suitable for backhand (BH) 1.8 offensive/allround play.
  • Offers a good compromise for players like me who still have room for improvement in technique.

Cons:

  • Control may not be quite as good as that of Sriver.
  • For a straight offensive game, it might not be fast or spinny enough.

Esta es una buena goma para el revés, con un tacto más suave y blando que la Mark V normal.

This rubber is highly controllable while still providing sufficient speed. It features a rather soft sponge, making it comfortable to play with. Additionally, it is very durable and offers excellent spin.

I would like to apologize if my English contains any spelling errors, as I am actually French and not fluent in English.
