Butterfly Kreanga Aeros Off+ table tennis blade

Blade description:

The Butterfly Kreanga Aeros Off+ is a quintessential table tennis blade that caters to the dynamic and aggressive playing style of advanced players. With a speed rating of 9.5 out of 10, this blade is designed for players who thrive on fast-paced gameplay, excelling in both mid and long-distance attacking scenarios. Its unique blend of power and control makes it an excellent choice for offensive players looking to maximize their scoring potential without sacrificing precision.

Constructed as a wooden blade, the Kreanga Aeros Off+ exhibits a lightweight feel that enhances maneuverability, allowing for rapid adjustments during play. While the exact weight can vary, it generally falls into the medium range, striking a balance between solidity and responsiveness. The blade’s thickness contributes to its impressive stiffness rating of 4.6, delivering an excellent feedback and sound during strikes, which many players appreciate. Despite its robust speed, the blade provides decent control (rating of 8), allowing players to execute intricate shots with a guiding finesse.

Players often report that the Kreanga Aeros Off+ requires a bit of time to master, particularly in close-table play where precision is critical. Some alternatives for players seeking similar features might include blades like the Butterfly Viscaria or the Stiga Carbonado series, both of which also offer a blend of speed and control but differ in feel and construction materials. Overall, the Kreanga Aeros Off+ stands as a highly regarded option for those looking to elevate their game through powerful strokes and refined techniques.

Excellent blade! I used it for more than 10 years before switching to a carbon fiber blade. The sound, feel, and consistency of this racket are all great. However, it does take some time to learn how to control its power.

On one occasion, I lent it to my coach, who promptly crushed me. After using a very strong glue, it was slightly damaged, but I still cherish it.

This blade is very fast, making it suitable for both mid and long distance attacking. However, it requires attention when playing close to the table.

I have been using this blade for a few months. Initially, I faced some difficulties with control as I am an all-around offensive player. However, with some training, I became accustomed to it and now prefer it.

I play with Tenergy05 on both sides. Looping is not difficult, but requires a gentle touch to avoid horizontal shoots.

Very fast and stiff blade.

In combination with tensor rubbers, it’s a dream for every dynamic offensive player.

Incredible smashes with medium hard or hard rubbers.

All in all, good control despite the blade’s power.
