The Kumpuru's medium-hardness rating makes it suitable for various playing styles, from all-round to offensive.

While the Kumpuru is generally well-received, some players have noted its slightly slower speed compared to some other carbon blades. However, this slower speed is often seen as a trade-off for the blade's excellent control and consistency.

BTY Kumpuru is the best blade I have ever tried in the medium price range. It offers awesome control and precise shots. It strikes a great balance between speed and control. I highly recommend it for those who play an all-round style.

Precise shots, high control, much better than alc in my opinion.

Very good control, stiff because of the carbon layers, but not as much as the other blades from the T5000 series.

The front of the blade says it is one of the softest T5000 blades, and I think that’s true. It’s quite soft, with some vibrations.

This blade is qualified by Butterfly as medium speed, but it’s fast. I would rate it as an Off blade. Not much slower than TBS.
