This is a 7-ply limba-ayous-limba blade that is quite similar to the Avalox P700. It is nicely built, quite hard and stiff, and has a traditional 7-ply design with no thick core. I can feel its speed, and it is ideal for fast attacking play.

As for the rubber I used with the blade, I chose the “Yasaka Mark V” because it is known for its exceptional control and feel. It is not as fast as some of the newer rubbers on the market, but it makes up for it with its versatility and ease of use. The rubber has little speed and not much grip by today’s standards, but it is an exceptional rubber for feeling and controlling the ball. Its relative lack of spin also makes it quite insensitive to incoming spins.

Overall, I would say that the combination of the “Yoshida Kaii” blade and “Yasaka Mark V” rubber is a great choice for players who value control and speed in their game. The blade’s stiffness and speed make it ideal for fast attacking play, while the rubber’s exceptional control and feel make it perfect for all-around players who value control above all else.

Hello,

Is it possible to play with this blade if I play shakehand style?

Played two sessions with this blade, which I borrowed from a table tennis partner. As usual, Butterfly provides high quality. It is slower compared to my two other C-pen blades: the Avalox BT777 and the Stiga Hybrid NCT. I am very interested in making this my third blade. However, I must use fast rubber on it.
