Tibhar Chila Off
Blade description:
This blade is a lightweight composite option utilizing a 5+2 construction, offering a high-speed performance profile despite its reduced mass. Users report a distinct, positive feel upon ball contact, providing a satisfying tactile feedback during play. It is particularly noted for its compatibility with Chinese-style rubbers, which generally pair well with the blade’s stiffness and speed characteristics.
Technical Considerations
- Construction: Composite blade featuring a 5+2 construction.
- Surface Preparation: The surface finish may be overly smooth or sealed upon arrival, which can impede initial rubber adhesion; users suggest sanding the surface or applying a light coat of blade lacquer to improve glue bonding.
- Handling: The straight handle design features a specific geometry that may require an adjustment period for players accustomed to more traditional ergonomic grips.
- Weight Distribution: The design prioritizes a light overall weight without sacrificing the power associated with composite construction.

At such a price, a very good blade. Light, but the rubber is difficult to glue on this one, I recommend sanding it before applying it.
