It works with any rubber, but is best with Chinese tacky rubbers. Very good for spin; when you impart spin with the right motion it goes fast, but for blocking it is good, kind of dampens the shot. It has a nice sound when I hit. Also, when you hit, try not to do it perpendicular because it will be slow; better with a forward motion. Also good for chop with the right rubber. The FL handle is OK, but the ST handle is different from the Firefall series, kind of oval. The quality is better than Butterfly, it needs a little sanding, but other than that it is top notch. What can I say, it is the best blade which I tried. Speed ALL+/OFF-, spin a lot, sweet spot not so big compared with other composite blades. Hope it helps someone, it has a special feeling. The only drawback is a small FL handle; it is supposed to be designed as the old Firefall series, which fits any size of hands. It is just as small as Nittaku Acoustic FL. Speed is fast, with good dwell time and a beautifully designed appearance.
