I think the T2s is a unique blade. I find it difficult to loop/topspin with this blade. I don’t know if it’s because of the flat trajectory or very low throw angle of the blade, or maybe it’s just me because I’m not a skillful player. However, when I randomly glued a Spinlord Waran 2.0mm sponge (short pimples) at the forehand, it was surprisingly amazing. It was fast, easy, and accurate, and it’s reliable for flat hitting.

Weight: 81g. Tried this blade with a Butterfly Dignics 05 1.9mm (FH) and a Stiga DNA Pro M 2.1mm (BH). This was just a quick try. It feels quite fast, with a loud hollow sound. I just looped for a couple of minutes. I will be back with more after tonight.

This time with DHS Hurricane 3 Neo 2.15mm 41 deg (FH) and Andro Rasanter R37 2.0mm (BH). I usually feel the ball tends to go long for me when using faster tensor rubbers like Dignics when looping. I’m used to harder Chinese rubbers, where you have to put in some more power to get the loops on the table. With this blade, looping felt very controllable, and almost all loops landed on the table with good speed and spin.

I played about an hour with the setup. Looping with H3N41deg feels really crisp. I had some problems with my R37, and it felt like the dwell time wasn’t so good. I guess this is because it’s a faster blade. Compared to my Yinhe MC-4, this one is faster, less controlled BH, and the handle is perhaps a bit wider because of the thicker blade. This made my hand cramp a bit from time to time.

Feels like Butterfly’s ISHLION (headsize is different). Good quality from YINHE. FH - Yinhe Moon (soft) + BH - Yasaka Mark V HPS.

Smash, topspin, and block effortlessly. Medium soft and soft sponge are recommended.

The lightweight penhold blade suits my close-to-the-table play style. I tried it with hard Chinese rubbers but did not like it. I was hitting the net often, and there were no significant power or speed benefits. I switched to medium and soft rubbers, such as Galaxy Mercury II Medium and Hurricane 3-50 Soft, and the blade felt much better. Smashes had great power and feel. Topspins at the table and a few steps back are accurate and powerful.

Far away from the table, the blade does not feel like the most dependable looping blade, though perhaps I could find a rubber combination that works better. It is obviously best for topspin play close to and a little back from the table. Backhand flips over the table are fast with good accuracy, as are blocks. The overall build quality of the T-series Galaxy/Yinhe blades is amazing. I also have a T4S, which is superb.

Very strange blade. Control, speed — at the same time, with the gluing of rubbers behaves strangely. Block high, chop straight almost parallel to the table. Topspin is simple. He is quick and accurate. There is a feeling that the blade slightly changes the angle of ejection for rubber. Excuse my English.

Auditioned rubber Butterfly 64 Tenergy, Hexer, LKT Rapid (all), Sword 2000, 729 (FX, 802-40, legend).

Summary: very good control and a blade for topspin play in the near and middle zone. I recommend soft rubbers from 35 to 40-42 degrees, thickness 2 mm.

This is a good hinoki blade with very good craftsmanship. The blade is made of high-quality wood and is very well-made. It is unlikely to get splintered, even with heavy use.
