Good one for my backhand. I am able to loop well.
Too slow!
You will need to use organic glue to use this rubber to produce fast enough shots.
Good throw angle and spin and durability though.
Very spinny rubber that generates a good arc. It takes some time to get control of but is very durable. I use it on my backhand as a CPen user.
Despite its affordable price of $18, H3 #19 lacks notable features to justify a recommendation. Its surprisingly lightweight construction and slow speed make it suitable for close-to-table play, but it falls short for loop exchanges at a distance of 2 meters.
H3 boasts impressive tackiness, allowing for extended ball hold. While it generates spin, it lacks the tangential spring effect found in rubbers like T05. The ball’s rotation is proportional to the paddle speed, unlike the accelerated rotation imparted by T05.
H3 requires significant effort to unlock its full potential.
DHS H3 Rubber Review
In my opinion, the DHS H3 Rubber is a good choice. It retains the classic characteristics of the H3 while offering a controlled loop spin/drive without compromising its speed. I use the H3 on my Timo Boll ALC blade with a #19 sponge on the forehand and Gambler Outlaw on the backhand. This setup suits my playing style well.
It’s important to note that speed is not solely determined by the rubber used. Execution of strokes accounts for approximately 90% of the speed, while the equipment contributes only about 10%.
This rubber is extremely slow. You should not consider using it unless you intend to use it for chopping.
This rubber is not good at all. You will have no power in your shots. You might have to use speed glue if you want power.
