Donic Sonex JP Soft

Fast, low-throw rubber, not the easiest to control. Hard to play loop strokes, very low arc trajectory. Good for players who like their backhand flat and fast. Has enough power for mid-distance play.

Very fast for a soft rubber. Good for close to the table play, but lacks offense away from the table because of the low throw angle.

Sonex JP Soft is marginally faster than F# Big Slam with about the same control. It does not have the control of Big Slam. Feels rather dead / lifeless compared to its softer brother, generates less spin, and has a lower throw angle. Plays OK close to table, OK mid-court, poor back court.

Mark V is a better alternative.
