Similar to H3, the rubber boasts a slightly faster and livelier sponge. However, it remains slower than B2, Bloom Power, and Big Dipper, according to my observations. It features a tacky topsheet and a dense sponge.

This rubber exhibits excellent boosting capabilities and serves as a highly reliable hard-tacky forehand rubber. It excels in executing powerful loops and counterloops. With minimal drawbacks, this rubber effectively fulfills its purpose.

The Loki Rxton-V rubber features a slightly tacky top-sheet and a hard sponge, providing it with a wide range of gears. It offers good control and spin, making it ideal for counter loop-attack game. Overall, this rubber is an excellent choice for learning table tennis.

Black colour, ordered hopp store from aliexpress. Hard surface blade off: too fast for forehand, good for backhand. Off- blade with soft limba surface: only forehand or extremely boosted bh. Out of box lot of tackiness, later on I have boosted it and it lost the tacky ness, but surface hadn’t lost spin but turned into almost no tacky rubber with more speed, grippy.

Spin: comparing to Battle 2 almost the same, just tiny slower, speed also a bit slower when tacky at start but now quite bouncy. Spin reverse: very good, almost Battle 2 level. Throw: medium low just like Bloom Power/Battle 2.

Considering the price: the best option right now. Very recommended by me. I need to order a 2nd one and check out the tackiness issue, if it is loosing its because of booster dips into topsheet, or time makes it having less…

Facts:

  • Black upper rubber (slightly sticky)
  • Very fine-pored (hard) orange sponge
  • Original packaging: 84 g
  • Uncut (including foil): 65 g
  • Cut (to 157 x 150 mm): 47 g

Initial Impressions:

When I first opened the packaging, the rubber had an unpleasant “fishy” smell.

After gluing the rubber to an XVT ZL Koto blade, I noticed that it initially lacked speed and catapult. However, after a few hours, these issues seemed to resolve themselves.

Performance:

The rubber provides medium-high levels of catapult and speed. Rotation is mediocre.

A unique characteristic is the extremely short flight curve. I felt as though the balls would fall off if I did not apply sufficient pressure.

Current Assessment:

I am currently not satisfied with the rubber’s performance. I will test it on other blades before completing my review.

Recommendation:

Based on my initial testing, I would not recommend this rubber at this time.

Decent and cheap, this rubber is like an H3 with a bit more speed and a bit less spin. It is tacky but not as tacky as H3. I would say it’s pretty valuable for the price. I will come back to this review later after using it more.

I got mine for around $10 USD.

Good for its cheaper price, but don’t expect more capacity or superiority from this rubber. You get what you pay for at such a low cost.

Spin is great, but speed is normal, not fast. It was a bit slow. Control was average. If you face an expert smash opponent who always gets inside the table, don’t use this rubber.

Durability and endurance are poor. I used it for only a month, and the surface yard became very bad and dirty. It’s grimy, soiled, and low quality.

Quite fast rubber with a hard sponge. It feels harder than an H3 41deg, and the throw angle is quite low. It provides both very spinny shots and good speed. I ended up using it on my backhand because I thought the Rxton III was a better match with my forehand.

Compared to the H8-80 38deg I’m used to on backhand, I felt it was very controllable. It’s easy to use in the short game, including pushing, backspin, and services. However, due to the hard sponge, it requires good technique to do backhand topspins. But lifting and playing from a distance are really okay with this rubber.

Very funny to play with this rubber. It has good speed and spin, and it is easy to control. However, to unlock its full potential, more training is required. This rubber has a huge potential, with many gears in terms of spin and speed, and it gives a beautiful feeling when you hit the ball with the right stroke.

Everything about this rubber is surprising. It is cheap while boasting speed, spin, and easy control on the forehand.

#10 — December 2020

The rubber is designed for high-speed rotation.

Similar to Hurricane 3 Provincial OS.

I have been using this racket for 1 year. It has a fast speed but little spin. It has tackiness like a Chinese face, but the shooting angle is a bit low. It is great for the price range it comes in.

#14 — Long Time Ago...

Got the old version of the package. Mine is less tacky than Rxton 1 and 3. It’s faster than 3 and has better catapult, but the feeling is strange. You need to hit hard to get the tensor sound. Maybe the new versions of Rxton will have better consistency (Rxton Pro). For now, Rxton 3 is the best value for money in this rubber series.

Great forehand rubber. Solid feel and superb spin. Its speed is just right for a forehand rubber, faster than Hurricane 8.
