Tibhar 1Q

Tibhar 1Q table tennis rubber

Rubber description:

The Tibhar 1Q rubber is an impressive choice for table tennis players seeking a powerful offensive weapon. Known for its exceptional speed (rated at 115) and strong spin capabilities (rated 105), the 1Q is designed to meet the demands of competitive play. Players frequently commend its performance, particularly when executing aggressive forehands. The rubber is characterized by its medium tackiness (3.2), which helps create sharp spins while maintaining control during rallies.

In terms of weight, the Tibhar 1Q falls into the medium category, weighing approximately 4.6; this balances dynamics and stability, allowing for a comfortable play experience. The sponge hardness is rated at 6.6, contributing to a balance between speed and spin, enhancing ball feedback upon contact. Reviewers note the rubber’s impressive durability (8.3), making it a reliable choice for players who engage in frequent gameplay.

Alternatives to the Tibhar 1Q include other advanced offensive rubbers, such as the Butterfly Tenergy series, specifically the Tenergy 05, which is often considered a direct competitor. While some players find Tenergy rubbers superior in terms of spin and control, many users of 1Q appreciate its unique combination of speed and responsiveness, particularly in close-to-the-table play. The 1Q is highly recommended for aggressive players and has even been described as an effective alternative at a more accessible price point compared to many high-end rubbers. Overall, the Tibhar 1Q promises to enhance the offensive capabilities of any intermediate to advanced player looking to elevate their game.

Low throw. Not that special.

Not even close to being worth mentioning.

This is the best forehand rubber I’ve played with. I previously played with the 5Q, which got worn out, so I decided to switch back to the 1Q. I feel I made the right decision - it is much faster and provides way more spin. Its control is good, but the 5Q was better in terms of control. I love the way the ball sinks into the rubber when you are about to blast it. Overall, I think this is the best offensive rubber Tibhar has made.
