Plays like the classic model Grubba made in Japan. Featuring high control, excellent vibration, and good build quality, this blade suits a wide range of playing styles, from modern defense to mid-distance loopers. Its superb control makes it an excellent all-around blade for lower-level players. However, it can also be fast when paired with advanced rubbers like MXP, T05, T64, and S-1.

The AN grip is large and fits well in the hand, making it a “Do-All Blade” suitable for a variety of playing styles. If you’re weary of poor-feeling composite blades, this one is worth trying.

Bear in mind that the blade face is slightly larger, so using the maximum thickness may result in a heavy setup. Despite this, it offers great control, a reasonable price, and an attractive new design.

For players of lower to mid-level looking to improve their accuracy, this model is an excellent choice. It earns a solid 9 out of 10 rating.
