Kevplay FL Blade Review

I recently rediscovered my antique Kevplay FL blade with a white lens (approximately 28 years old, weighing 94 grams). Its exceptional control still astounds me. This blade is an absolute marvel. It plays with great linearity and minimal catapult.

Clubmates who have used my racket often exclaim, “Wow, this has incredible control!” It harmonizes well with soft to medium rubbers and excels with T05 and DHS Hurricane 3-50, generating an extraordinary level of spin. It performs effectively both in close and distant table play.

Topspins and smashes are effortlessly executed with this blade, making it a reliable choice for any player. I intend to cherish this blade until its end and eagerly seek a second one in the future.

I just had one, and what I like about it, like every composite blade, is its speed — crazy speed. I had a Stiga Tube before I switched to Kevplay, and I can really tell the difference in speed. I had to close my blade a little bit more when I block.

I also use LKT Black Power on forehand and LKT Red Diamond on RHB (penhold).
