This is a great blade for control-oriented backhand-dominant players. The well-made handle allows you to put heavy rubber on it without encountering any issues.
I’m playing with H2 2mm on my forehand and Dornenglanz ox long pips on my forehand. I used to play with Yinhe 980 blade before trying this one.
This blade is stiff but not hard as a lot of stiff blades. It has a strong dampening effect when blocking with long pips, which makes it great as a push/block blade. The speed is average, not too fast. I would rate it as ALL more than ALL+. Blocking is great. Looping is easy and consistent. It’s a great blade overall.
Great frame for me. However, the soft rubber that I played with during the last years feels too soft on this frame. Therefore, I switched to medium hardness rubbers and now I like it a lot.
