Esta madera debería ser más conocida; las reviews que se han realizado son verdaderamente pocas y solo se encuentra material en japonés. El sonido que produce es muy agradable y la vibración en la mano es muy placentera, este aspecto proporciona el muy mencionado control al golpear la pelota. El ajuste G hace que la mano ingrese más y resulte muy cómodo el agarre, especialmente al cambiar de forehand a backhand. No tengo una inner carbon para comparar, pero todos concuerdan en que el control en ambas es muy similar, solo que en este modelo se sacrifica un poco de control por velocidad debido a la capa externa de carbon, pero no es tan perceptible, al menos para mí que ando en un nivel intermedio. El tamaño del mango es justo para mi mano, elegí el Flare, de modo que el ajuste que le han hecho me facilita cambiar rápido del agarre del saque al agarre normal para poder iniciar el ataque de tres bolas. El acabado es muy bueno, solo que noté manchas en la veta de la madera central, pero viendo de cerca corresponde a la misma naturaleza de la madera Thong, de modo que le da un toque rústico muy bonito sin bajarle la calidad. Recomendaría esta madera para personas de nivel intermedio y avanzado para que la combinen con buenas gomas; ojo, leí opiniones de que no es bueno combinarla con jebes que tengan carbono en su espuma, porque le quita todo el control que te brinda la madera y la pelota se dispara. La estoy armando con una goma Fastarc G1 para que se complemente muy bien en el FH.

I have played Acoustic Carbon since 2018, and thought I would try the revision. After a couple of months, I really don’t notice any difference in play. The handle shape is comfortable, but not a big deal. I didn’t need to sand the wings to take the sharp edges off, so that was a plus.
