Yasaka Extra 7

Nice tender touch felling as Yasaka Extra(YE) which is rare seen from 7 pile blade. But less dwell time and more speed and power compared to YE.

Block is definitely better than YE. Loop is okay but not as easy as traditional 5 piles blade. Counter loop is also good. When close to table the control is a bit hard for me. But it shines at mid/long distance, great control and speed.

This is simply a faster version of the Yasaka Extra All+ blade, sacrificing a bit of control for increased speed. That said, it still offers great control and speed overall. The blade has some vibration, but it works well with Mark V rubbers. It’s a dream blade for recreational attackers.

Although rated as an Off+, this blade plays more like an Off. The speed is sufficient, and the control is excellent. I find it very good for close-to-the-table play. Mid-distance play requires a bit more effort, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll appreciate the results.
