The Yasaka Resonate AI is the perfect choice for players who value precision, control, and all-around performance. Its advanced construction and premium materials make it a top-tier blade that will elevate any player's game to the next level.
High-quality blade that handles Chinese rubber well. It’s great for players who want to use a mix of inner and outer carbon blades. This blade is crisper than my FZD ALC or Hurricane Wang Chuqin.
It offers a great feeling and better quality than my Joola HRD Freeze blade or Hurricane Wang Chuqin blade. The handle feels pretty close to the FZD blade. The wood on the exterior appears to be treated, as it doesn’t look like regular limba, and the glue doesn’t stick to the pores.
The blade is approximately 20% faster than the H. Wang Chuqin blade and 10% slower than the FZD ALC. It has about 5% less spin than the Wang blade, but 5% more spin than the FZD blade. It has much better feeling than the H. Wang Chuqin, FZD, or Freeze HRD Joola.
The blade is handle-heavy or head-light. Probably one of the best blades I’ve tried in a while. Rumor has it that this is the same as the Yasaka Power Pro, which only exists in China or Japan.
I play forehand (FH) with Hurricane 3 Neo (orange sponge) and backhand (BH) with Rakza 7 Soft. This blade has forced me to become a better player.
The blade is fast, and initially, I found myself being too tentative. I relied on spin and loops with the H3 Neo, but wasn’t utilizing the blade’s power. It took some frustration before I finally started hitting hard and trusting my technique and the equipment. This was a turning point, as the blade performs best when hitting with power.
It excels in all areas, allowing me to add more variety to my game, but hard hitting is definitely its sweet spot. The blade effectively transfers your effort into the ball, which the H3 Neo seems to complement well.
The blade produces an incredible cracking sound upon impact, letting you know you’ve hit a winner. I am now able to hit hard closer to the table than I have been in the past, putting my opponent on the defensive.
I took a gamble with this blade, as there was very little information available at the time. To be honest, I might not have been advanced enough for it initially. However, it pushed me to improve, and I’ve now noticed opponents giving my forehand a wide berth.
