The spin development and speed of this rubber, when in play, are definitely underrated.
Here are some facts: my red rubber weighs 42 grams, is cut to a thickness of 1.6 mm, and measures 150 x 154 mm. The sponge hardness is said to be 40 degrees. I am using a Butterfly Zhang JK SZLC blade (China-fake).
I came across this rubber by pure chance. My favorite dealer received this rubber back from a dissatisfied customer; it was almost new and had only been played with for a few hours. I was fortunate to buy it for a very reasonable price!
There is nothing better than discovering, after purchasing a new rubber, that it has already been extensively tested and that the test results align 100% with your own experience.

This review highlights a significant discrepancy between the manufacturer’s description and the actual performance of the rubber. Despite being labeled as a “real cracker,” the sound produced by this rubber is muted and dull. In fact, my Mark V sounds much livelier in comparison.
Furthermore, although it is described as “super soft,” the rubber feels more medium than anything else. The overall sensation is dense, thick, and unwieldy, with a bouncy characteristic that is difficult to control. This is the only rubber I have tried that completely blocks the feel from the blade.
It seems that the new formula, which features a softer top sheet and a high bounce sponge, contributes to a decidedly strange feel. The rubber grips the ball well but produces an excessive catapult effect during spiny shots, especially if you have a high arm speed while looping or when executing lower gear touch shots.
It’s important to note that this inconsistency is not due to the throw angle. I adjusted my swing to ensure the balls stayed low over the net, yet they still flew off like bullets. As a result, I found my fast loops were significantly faster with Sriver. I was astonished at how many balls sailed out of the table with this rubber; as soon as I switched back, my shots consistently landed within the boundaries.
It looks like this will be a great backhand (BH) rubber.
