I’ve tried this rubber in comparison to DHS C8. I have so far only used it practicing with a robot, so it’s not clear to me yet how disturbing (spin reversal, etc.) this is for the opponent. Other than this, I find it easy to use - taking into consideration that I have been playing with long pips for a couple of years.

I use long pips OX black, cut with a short chop technique, fast long push, short push, chop and black chop no problem, you can attack with these pips too.

It was highly recommended by a long pimple player, so I decided to try it. I use it on the backhand on a DHS 6002 blade. The sponge is 1.2mm thick.
Still getting used to it but having a lot of fun with it. Easy to return spinny serves and counter spin the returns. I am able to hit fast drives which are seldom returned. Love the wobble effect and underspin it creates. Good to have the variation when the vast majority are playing with fast ESN rubbers.

My first time using an LP rubber and I am very familiar using SP or smooth rubber. This time, I decided to use it on my forehand and utilize it as an offensive LP. All I can say is Wow! The wobble effect is great, but I can attack with no problem, either loop or flat drive. Blocking is excellent, and control is very high. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend it for players who are more aggressive in offense. All in all, a very good product!

One of the best LP rubbers. If paired with a match blade, it will be unstoppable.

This long pip has good control and creates issues for your opponent. It lasts a long time as well. Definitely one of the best products out there.

I have tried many long pips with sponge on the backhand of a penhold grip. This long pip is by far the best one out there for defensive play, great spin reversal, control in attack, and blocking. It also lasts a long time.

OX is great for pushing, and the sponge version has the best backhand chopping for a penholder. They also last a long time.

The OX Piranja is probably the single best long pips I have ever used. It really messes up the components and is better suited for use on a Shake-hand style. If you are a penhold player, I recommend you to use the sponged version to give you a better drop and return further away from the table. In both cases, the best long pips out there and last a long time compared to the Chinese-made long pips, which are quite good but Donic Piranja is definitely better. Worth every penny. Price is great on Tabletennis 11.
