Its spin rating of 7.7 enables effective spin generation, making it ideal for creating deceptive serves and tricky returns. The control rating of 7.6 ensures consistency and precision, allowing players to execute controlled shots with ease.
The Neos rubber features a tackiness rating of 4.1, providing a moderate level of grip on the ball. This allows for good ball control and spin generation without compromising speed. The sponge hardness rating of 5.7 offers a balance of softness and stiffness, resulting in a responsive and forgiving feel. It also contributes to the rubber's gears rating of 9.4, indicating its ability to generate different levels of speed and spin depending on the amount of force applied. The throw angle rating of 5.7 suggests a medium to high trajectory, suitable for both looping and topspin shots.
The consistency rating of 8 highlights the Neos rubber's ability to deliver consistent performance and control, even during intense rallies. While its durability rating of 5.5 is not exceptional, it still provides a reasonable lifespan for regular play. Overall, the STIGA Neos table tennis rubber offers a well-rounded combination of speed, spin, control, and versatility. It is an ideal choice for all-around players seeking a balanced and dynamic playing style.
Overall, the spin performance is lacking. While the rubber is fast, it doesn’t reach the level of speed that I was expecting. Additionally, durability is a concern.
This is my first forehand rubber. It is an overall excellent rubber. I have found it to be very versatile and suitable for various playing styles. The grip is fantastic, allowing for precise shots and effective spins. Additionally, the speed is impressive, making it easier to execute powerful forehand strokes.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my choice and would recommend it to players looking for a reliable forehand rubber.
Overall, I agree with the previous post. This rubber is not effective for generating spin, and the loops are quite disappointing.
However, it does offer very good control during defensive play, particularly when executing pushes, which are well-controlled.
Additionally, it has a bit of speed to it.
Overall, it’s a strangely mixed rubber with low durability. While it isn’t fragile, it does lose its spin capability relatively quickly.
