Tibhar Super Defense 40

Quite a slow rubber. This can disturb the opponent’s timing. Good for a defensive game and placing the ball since it is slow and soft.

You would think with a super small sponge it would be spinny. It’s not the lack of sponge that causes it to bounce off the blade with minimal spin. I did not like this rubber, maybe OK for backhand chopping.

My old friend Super Defense never lets me down.

Very strong control rubber, able to absorb heavy spin and return without difficulty. Still capable of fast, sinking attack shots, making for awkward returns despite being a reasonably slow sheet.
