This rubber is a bit deceptive. It’s not incredibly fast, but it’s plenty quick enough for most players. I’ve found that it has more spin than people give it credit for. It’s similar to regular Mark V, but with a faster speed. Loops well on medium to fast blades with a medium-low throw. For an allround-offensive game, it offers excellent control compared to some tensors, earning it a 5-star rating.

The overall quality of the top sheet and sponge is superb. It’s fast enough to end points quickly and provides great spin on loops and short game shots. It’s the ideal rubber for players who dislike the high bounce of tensors and value control. It’s also a great option for less experienced players and older players who just want to keep the ball in play.

I use this rubber as my backhand with Mark V as my forehand. They are almost identical, except that Mark V mk2 is slightly faster and springier, which is good for my backhand. It can do good short flicks on the table with backhand and forehand, but not as great as T05 or H3.

This rubber is known for its speed, but some users claim that its speed is dependent on the blade it is paired with. It offers versatility, allowing for powerful smashes and slow, spin-heavy shots. The rubber provides excellent feedback when spinning the ball.

However, it is not well-suited for chopping. Care should be taken to protect the rubber as it is susceptible to chipping.

This rubber is a solid choice for the forehand if you hit the ball with your forehand harder than your backhand. I would choose a rubber thickness between 1.7 and maximum for forehand use. It generates a good amount of spin on the ball.

This rubber can handle spin pretty well, but it’s not ideal for chopping. On serves, you need to try to put a lot of spin on the ball, as you may not always get the desired spin otherwise. It is consistent with hitting the table and is a very good rubber overall.

This rubber is extremely soft.

At first difficult to control coming from Sriver as a Forehand, then I found it much better choice for me, keeping Sriver as Backhand. With Mark V M2 I have much more speed and spin, also I’m very comfortable now in the short game.

This rubber has really helped my game. I have textbook strokes and was looking for something to go well on my Butterfly Arylate blade.

I used to use the original Mark V and knew it would have plenty of speed, consistency, tackiness, and spin.

I plan on sticking with this rubber for a while.

It’s a Mark V with more speed at the cost of one low-end gear. If you’ve used a Mark V, then you know that it has one to spare.
