Andro Synteliac VCO

Definitely an upgrade for Treiber FO. Better speed, much better control! I think it almost the same like Viscaria, but slightly less dwell time and slightly more speed output with the same power. For some drive-choppers, this blade might think this blade is too hard. However, for me, it is perfect for blocking, looping and smashing. Once you try it, you will be amazed by the power explosion this blade can generate!

Update: I have tried the zco ones. It is even faster, but it requires much better technique and is harder for short distance.

The previous ratings for the speed of the blade are a mystery to me.

Facts:

* Blade with a comfortable FL handle * Weight: 82 g. (sealed with clear varnish by myself)

This blade is neither particularly fast nor particularly stiff or hard. I tested the Victas V>22 Double Extra in 2.0 mm on the forehand side after playing a “used”, “tuned” Dignics 09c 1.9 mm for a while on this blade. The Dignics was too soft and too fast for me on my two favorite blades.

A friend of mine (TTR 1800, Germany) said after a few hits to this combination, “much too slow!” For me personally, the speed is just enough, especially since I play closer to the table. However, the feeling is much too soft for me.

Conclusion:

If, like me, you have played faster and harder blades for a long time (with thinner rubber), you cannot switch to slower blades with thicker rubber overnight: farewell to Synteliac!

Addendum:

I find the price for this blade to be too high. In my opinion, a comparable but much cheaper blade is the Stuor CNF.

Blade yang solid dan cepat, namun tetap memiliki kontrol yang baik. Menggunakan karet BH Impartial XS, pukulan punch menjadi sangat baik. Sementara itu, karet FH Andro R48 menghasilkan forehand topspin dan loop yang bagus dengan putaran bola yang banyak.

For its affordable price, it is very comfortable to use. It has good speed, steady control, and a good feel for lifting the ball. The spin can also be quite fast. Overall, I find it easy to use. It has a decent dwell time and is also good for blocking. All in all, it’s a recommended choice.
