The Butterfly Schlager Carbon is a high-performance table tennis blade designed for offensive play. It is constructed with a combination of carbon and wood, providing a powerful and balanced feel. The blade’s unique composition allows for precise control and excellent spin generation, making it suitable for players who rely on both power and finesse. The Schlager Carbon is a popular choice among professional and amateur players alike, offering a blend of speed, control, and versatility.

The Butterfly Primorac Carbon is another excellent option for offensive players. It is crafted with a combination of carbon and Aramid fibers, resulting in a blade with exceptional power and control. The Primorac Carbon provides a slightly softer feel compared to the Schlager Carbon, making it ideal for players who prefer a more forgiving blade. It offers a high level of stability and spin, allowing for precise shot placement and aggressive play.

The Butterfly Timo Boll Spirit Handle is a unique blade designed in collaboration with the legendary table tennis player Timo Boll. It features a special handle shape that provides a comfortable and secure grip. The blade is constructed with a combination of wood and carbon, offering a balanced blend of power and control. The Spirit Handle allows for a variety of playing styles, making it suitable for both offensive and defensive players.

In addition to these three blades, there are many other high-quality options available from Butterfly, each tailored to specific playing styles and preferences. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned professional, Butterfly has a blade that can help you elevate your game.

I’ve played with this blade for more than seven years now! I appreciate that the blade does a lot of the work for you, but you must allow it to do so. It is exceptionally fast in defensive blocking play, to the point where your opponent may not be prepared for a return. Offensively, it excels in quick drives, fast returns, and aggressive looping. It takes some time to get used to, but once you do, the possibilities are endless. I use it with Butterfly Tackifire Drive 2.1mm on both sides.

I use this blade with Skyline 2 NEO and Dawei 388D-1 OX. It works fine. The forehand is too hard, but I like it that way. I can chop with both backhand and forehand. It is very fast for me, and also very light.

The blade is relatively slow for an Off+ blade. However, its Off+ side becomes apparent when executing spins and smashes. I recommend using this blade with HARD and thick rubbers. I personally use it with Tenergy05 (2.1) and Sriver-EL. Nevertheless, for my preferences, it lacks speed. Therefore, I plan to switch to Schlager Carbon with Bryce Speed and Tenergy 64 in the near future.
