This was my primary blade for some time. I prefer the size of the head, at around 153mm x 149mm, so it doesn’t feel heavy even with two Tenergy rubbers attached. The blade provides soft feelings and good control, while its speed is comparable to OFF-. When paired with two boosted Tenergy rubbers, it plays like a top-notch blade. I sold it two years ago and have missed it ever since.

After playing with blades from other brands, I realize that most Butterfly blades are tuned down (like this one), which means less catapult effect and less surprise when you hit the ball hard. However, this is also a good attribute, as it allows for a wider range of rubbers to be used, from soft to hard ones. Unfortunately, this blade is discontinued, so it’s very hard to find a replacement.

I tried it in place of Jonyer H three years ago and am still playing with it. I am happy with its speed and control. It is lightweight and gives a feeling of vibration when I block power smashes.

I got it cheap at 35 Dollars from a local sports store. I wish to continue using it for another 3-4 years before shifting to Timo Boll blade.

The lightest blade I have ever owned, it has a bit of vibration from the ball due to its light weight. However, it is very controllable with Sriver and looks awesome.

I have used this blade for three years and have recently switched to another one. If you are using a 5-ply wood blade and want to try one with carbon, this is a good choice. It is faster than a 5-ply wood blade. However, compared to a Primorac Carbon blade, it is relatively slow. One thing to note is that when you are looping or giving a powerful shot, the blade vibrates a lot. The carbon layer is thinner than usual, which gives it a softer feel. It performs well with tension rubber.

Not very fast, maybe OFF or somewhere between OFF and OFF+. The speed is decent, and the control is excellent. It is a very good blade for use with fast tensor rubbers.

This is one of my primary blades. When using a faster rubber, it truly showcases its capabilities. It has slight vibrations, which allow me to sense the ball during both passive and punch blocks. Additionally, it generates a decent amount of spin.

Nice blade for control, very good for blocking. Quite good for looping but the power is not good enough to make an incredible topspin shot or smash. Overall it’s a good choice for all-round attackers.

Primo Vittese is another excellent blade from Butterfly. It’s not as fast as the Primorac Carbon or Gergely, but it’s easier to control and block heavy topspins and counter-spin them. It also works well with long pimples, both with and without sponge.
