It offers great control, allowing precise placement of shots. However, it can also unleash powerful strikes when needed.

Quite a fast and stiff blade, even compared to a normal carbon blade. Yet, the feeling is not so hard, and it’s still easy to generate spin as long as paired with a medium rubber.

Using it with hard rubbers requires a very high level of technique.

High-quality blade with a low price.

It’s a good blade with a big sweet spot and good stability.

It has a good balance between speed and control.

#5January 2016

One of the best blades I’ve ever tried.

The speed and control are both there.

Balances speed and control. It has a large sweet spot.

Good base, excellent spin and control.

Excellent value for money! In terms of speed, it is slightly above average, as stated.

Excellent blade.

The hollow senso handle is a really nice feature. It reduces the blade’s total weight and makes it a bit head-heavy, which I like.

The speed is good, somewhere between OFF- and OFF. The control is very good; you can easily direct the ball anywhere without it going wild. It has a large sweet spot, as carbon blades usually do, and the dwell time is also good for a carbon blade. It’s a great blade for looping and blocking.

If you use medium rubbers, you can have a racket with very good control. If you use hard rubbers, you can have a racket with high speed potential.

The only issue I have with this blade is the lack of feeling. It doesn’t provide a sharp and clear feeling for touch shots and short balls.

I’ve been searching for the right blade since switching from penhold to shakehand grip, and this blade is remarkable.

In comparison to the Butterfly Viscaria and Stiga Infinity VPS, here’s my conclusion:

Pros:

  • Generates more spin on every shot.
  • Offers a softer feel, providing better ball feedback.
  • Allows for better service with increased spin.
  • Improves backhand loops and blocks.
  • Provides crisp backhand blocks.
  • Offers excellent value for its performance.

Cons:

  • It’s a head-heavy blade.
  • The handle is a bit thick due to selecting the ST handle. (I haven’t tried the FL handle yet.)
  • Forehand attacking power isn’t as strong as the backhand.

The Stiga Infinity VPS is a better option for a faster attacking game on both wings. If you prefer a spin-oriented game with emphasis on the backhand, the Ovcharov SC is a great choice.

Excellent blade for control in play.

I have tried a few blades and currently use the MJ SZLC. This blade loops very easily, producing a beautiful trajectory and offering plenty of power.

However, the short game touch isn’t as clear. This blade is best suited for strong attackers.
