Playing Characteristics

- Rubber Compatibility: The blade performs best when paired with medium-soft tension or hybrid rubbers. It is generally not recommended for use with hard Chinese-style rubbers, as they may feel unresponsive or “dead” on the blade’s surface.
This blade is best suited for players who prioritize spin-heavy offensive play and control over sheer power. While it functions as a reliable platform for developing technique, its inherent flexibility makes it less optimal for players who rely on high-speed flat smashes or rigid, stiff blade structures for blocking.

Es una madera agradable al tacto. Como entrenador, la he utilizado en deportistas femeninas de entre 11 y 16 años. Combinada con los cauchos Xiom Vega Europa y Xiom Vega Europa H para el golpe de revés, genera muy buena consistencia para desarrollar el gesto técnico de una gran manera. Sin embargo, he notado que los cauchos chinos no son completamente compatibles con la madera, ya que a veces se sienten un poco muertos en ella. Recomendaría utilizar cauchos híbridos o tensores para el forehand y el backhand. Los golpes generados no son muy giratorios, pero sí lo suficiente para ganar algunos puntos con rotación.

I have tried many blades and only this one works for me so far. Offensive speed just right. Good control and flexibility, easy to loop especially backhand flick. Good in all aspects of the game; as always, it’s very important to match it with the right rubbers. Blocking is a little difficult due to its elasticity; it’s hard to match the new type of tensor rubbers. That’s why I’m still looking for a blade with similar speed and flexibility but with more stability.

A classic but still very good blade. I tried this blade some years ago and wasn’t that impressed. I struggled last year to find a replacement for my Andro Saive Kinetic Off-, and I found it with this blade.
It’s not very fast (between All+ and Off-, I’d say), but offers excellent control for an offensive blade. It feels pretty soft and associated with medium-soft rubber, is simply a topspin-machine, with loads of control, a very soft feeling, and enough speed to deliver winning strokes! Not to be associated with very soft rubbers, as you might have difficulties feeling the ball. It’s a very good blade for topspin players, offers good control in short games and blocks. Its only drawback is being too soft and flexible for flat strokes. That’s really the only area where it falls short.
I’m only disappointed by the weight of mine (92g, slightly more than the average 85g it should weigh). Moreover, it’s quite head-heavy due to the Senso system, which makes it quite difficult to “maneuver”.
