The wood gives a good feel of the ball. It is 10g lighter than my butterfly blade with the same rubbers. About 140g total. A bit slower than my Mizutani SuperZLC, but better control. The workmanship is excellent. The handle is on the wide side. May be a bit big for ladies. The lightness makes it more suitable for flicking. Easier on the wrist.
