Excellent quality.

It is very light. I bought it to use in case of wrist or hand injuries, and it fulfills its objective.

It doesn’t lack power if you hit hard, although logically it doesn’t gain the inertia of a normal paddle. I recommend gluing rubbers that give good spin; otherwise, it’s hard to spin the ball because the wood doesn’t flex well, so all the spin has to come from the rubber.

Hard, non-sticky rubbers are not very useful; very sticky or softer rubbers should be used.

Extremely lightweight blade; ours weighs 58g. It has a good bounce and is not slow.

At times, the ball bounces surprisingly faster, even without apparent additional effort.

#4March 2023

This blade is highly specific for people looking for very light paddles. It offers amazing control due to its very large sweet spot.

It provides good speed and spin. Just be careful handling it when removing and replacing the rubbers, as the surface tends to come off if not careful.

I’ve tried many balsas, and this one is the absolute best. I recommended it to several people (women), and they are really pleased with it.

#5December 2022

Very light with a good touch, this blade’s greatest quality is its light weight.

#6August 2019

So many choices and variety.

On the first few strokes, I didn’t get the impression that it’s a fast blade, but don’t let that fool you. The speed comes out when strength is applied on more aggressive strokes.

It blocks like a dream, even with euro mid-hard tensor rubber. Short play is also very acceptable.

To top it off, the weight is so light, only 64g, which means less stress and pain for the wrist. Thumbs up!

I do not use pips-out rubbers but employ a chopping style in some rallies. Perhaps a pips-out rubber would make all the difference?

#9March 2019

Light, rigid, and offensive blade (mine was just 59g).

Great feel with no unwelcome vibration, but offering outstanding feedback (thanks to end-grain balsa with NO carbon). The most stable and consistent balsa I have yet played with; also, a blade with a surprisingly large sweet spot.

Very dependable for consistent smashing and looping, complimented particularly well by “slower” Chinese rubbers or “faster” Euro rubbers with softer sponges.

A perfect blade for anyone using “funny rubber” on one side, and super easy to twiddle. TSP has pulled off an almost impossible feat: creating a feather weight blade with power, stability, consistency, and outstanding feel.

An excellent product from TSP. It’s lightweight and powerful.

You can feel every stroke you make, and the control is beyond average (depending on the rubbers). I have combined it with Chinese rubbers like Friendship LKT Rapid Speed, Nittaku Hurricane Turbo or 3-60 Soft, or TSP Ventus Spin, and it pulled out all the best characteristics of the rubbers!

If you want a fast, yet controllable game, pair it with hard rubbers, and it’s a weapon.

If your technique isn’t perfect and you want something forgiving to improve your skills, use softer rubbers, and the blade will help you improve.

#11December 2018

Good for blocking and active placement. It provides good spin if you know how to handle the rebound effect.

Initially, it feels very speedy. However, it becomes very dense upon contact with hard and spinny balls.

#12October 2018

Light and fast blade with excellent control.

However, it is very easy to damage due to the softness of the balsa.

#13April 2018

I tried this with different rubber combinations, from hard Chinese rubbers to very soft rubbers.

In conclusion:

  1. It works extremely well with very soft rubbers like the Xiom Vega Elite and Stiga Calibra Tour S. I settled on the Calibra for my backhand and the Xiom Vega Elite on my forehand.

  2. It works very well in short and mid-distance play. Blocks are good, and so are over-the-table counter-loops.

#14March 2018

My blade weighs only 57 grams. This is the lightest blade I have ever tried.

It’s fast, flexible, and light, making it very good for looping. Yes, it is balsa.

#15March 2018

I have been using this blade for almost 3 months, pairing it with Rakza 9 MAX thickness on the forehand and DHS Hurricane NEO 3 MAX thickness on the backhand.

The blade is exceptionally light and offers outstanding control, which I would rate as a 10/10. Flicks are very effective due to its light weight. It performs magically whether playing close to, mid-distance from, or far from the table. I really love this blade.

I wasn’t initially satisfied with the shipping. However, TT11 reordered it and delivered it, and I am happy with that part of my experience with TT11.com.

A lightweight blade offering very good control and speed.

Tabletennis11 provided excellent service.

#17April 2017

Excellent blade for a reasonable price. It is lightweight, fast, and controllable.

#18April 2017

This is one of the best blades you can get for the money. It offers good control and speed, with a huge sweet spot.

I also own a Treiber K. The TSP blade has good control, similar to the Treiber, but the TSP is faster and less expensive.

I highly recommend this blade, especially considering its price.

#19January 2017

The blade is suitable for soft and light rubbers. With heavier rubbers, it loses speed. It’s better for hitting than spinning.

#20November 2016

Super lightweight, well-balanced, and super speedy. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I got the anatomical handle, and it definitely feels different. However, it has helped me switch from backhand to forehand more easily (this could depend on the player). This wood is a great purchase for both attackers and all-around players.

#21November 2016

Lacks power for a 7-ply blade.

I guess Balsa does not fit my playstyle.

#22November 2016

Extremely light blade, making it awesome for playing close to the table.

However, it doesn’t have much power when playing far from the table, which could be due to my combination of hard rubber (Neo 3) on it.

#23September 2016

Very light and well-made. It is very fast for flat hitting but does not generate much spin when looping.

It excels at blocking and playing close to the table. Soft to medium rubbers are recommended.

#24July 2016

A remarkable blade of good quality, offering consistent control and sufficient speed, although not the fastest available.

I paired it with LKT Rapid Speed on the backhand and DHS Hurricane 3 on the forehand and am quite pleased with the resulting combination.

It has transformed into a controlled attack machine. I would recommend this blade to anyone who hasn’t played with balsa before.

#25June 2016

Very easy and convenient to use.

#26June 2016

I have already submitted a review for this product.

F: Tibhar 1Q, B: GKI Hybrid

The wood is very light and offers a good combination of control and spin. I anticipate the speed will increase with more play. It has improved my blocking ability. After three weeks of play, I’m already noticing an increase in speed compared to the first week.

Topspins aren’t lightning fast like those produced by other carbon blades, but it provides moderate speed and heavy spin due to its thick balsa wood. I feel this is sufficient for hitting during a match.

Overall, after playing for three weeks, I feel quite comfortable playing close to the table. However, playing away from the table with topspin-on-topspin shots requires some effort. Nevertheless, I feel it’s worth the cost.

I hope the quality is maintained and it lasts for at least a year. Thanks for reading.

#28January 2016

Superb blade, very fast, and light! The sound of the balsa wood is really something!

Incredible finish and price! I don’t remember another blade so good in terms of quality/price!

#29July 2015

Top blade, light, with good control.

#30July 2015

Very lightweight racket assembled with ANDRO Hexter HD and Victas V 01 rubbers.

#31May 2015

Good price.

#32December 2014

I paired this blade with Nittaku Fastarc C-1, and the result is amazing.

Since I am a beginner and slowly developing my skills, this blade really helps me a lot. Thank you, TT11 team, for the great price and great workmanship!

#33June 2014

It’s truly a very complete blade, and the most relevant aspects are its weight, power, and control – an extraordinary combination. I highly recommend it.

#34April 2014

Light blade with good control. This is exactly what I was looking for.
