Excellent quality.

It is very light, I bought it to use in case of wrist or hand injuries and it fulfills its objective. It does not lack power if we hit hard, although logically it does not gain the inertia of a normal paddle. I recommend gluing rubbers that give good spin, otherwise it’s hard to spin the ball because the wood doesn’t flex well, so all the spin has to come from the rubber. Hard non-sticky rubbers are not very useful; they should be very sticky or softer rubbers.

Extremely lightweight blade, ours weighs 58g, has a good bounce, and is not slow. At one point, the ball bounces surprisingly faster without apparently doing anything for it.

This blade is highly specific for people that are looking for very light paddles. Amazing control due to its very large sweet spot. Good speed and spin. Just be careful handling it when removing and replacing the rubbers. The surface tends to come off if not careful. I’ve tried many balsas and this one is the absolute best. I recommended it to several people (women) and they are really pleased with it.

So many choices and variety.

On the first few strokes, I didn’t get the impression that it’s a fast blade, but don’t let that fool you. The speed comes out when strength is applied on more aggressive strokes. Blocks like a dream, even with Euro mid-hard tensor rubber. Short play is very acceptable too. To top it off, the weight is so light, only 64g—less stress and pain for the wrist. Thumbs up!

I do not use pips-out rubbers, but use a chop style in some rallies. Perhaps a pips-out rubber makes all the difference?

Light, rigid, offensive blade (mine was just 59g). Great feel with no unwelcome vibration, but offering outstanding feedback (thanks to end-grain balsa with NO carbon). The most stable and consistent balsa I have yet played with; also a blade with a surprisingly large sweet spot. Very dependable for consistent smashing and looping (complimented particularly well by “slower” Chinese rubbers or “faster” Euro rubbers with softer sponges). A perfect blade for anyone using “funny rubber” on one side, and super easy to twiddle. TSP has pulled off an almost impossible feat: creating a featherweight blade with power, stability, consistency, and outstanding feel.

An excellent product from TSP. Lightweight and powerful. Although, you can feel every stroke you make and the control is beyond average (depends on the rubbers). I have combined it with Chinese rubbers like Friendship LKT Rapid Speed, Nittaku Hurricane Turbo or 3-60 Soft or TSP Ventus Spin, and it pulled out all the best characteristics of the rubbers! You want a fast game, but still controllable? Pair it with hard rubbers and it’s a weapon. You are not so good in technique and you want something forgiving so you can improve your skills? Then use softer rubbers and the blade will help you to improve!

Good for blocking and active placement. Good spin when knowing how to handle the rebound effect. Interesting and very speedy initially, and later very dense once in contact with a hard and spinny ball.

Light and fast blade, but with excellent control. However, it is very easy to damage due to the softness of the balsa.

Tried it with different rubber combinations from hard Chinese rubbers to very soft rubbers. In conclusion:

1. Works extremely well with very soft rubbers like Xiom Vega Elite and Stiga Calibra Tour S. I settled on the Calibra for BH and Xiom Vega Elite on FH.
2. Works very well in short- and mid-distance play. Blocks are good and so are over-the-table counter-loops.

My blade is only 57 grams. This is the lightest blade I have ever tried. Fast, flex, light. Very good for looping. Yes, it is balsa.

I have used this blade now for almost 3 months with RAKZA 9 MAX thickness for FH and DHS HURRICANE NEO 3 MAX thickness on BH. Very light blade it is. What a control it has got, I would say 10/10. Flicks are very effective as it is a very light blade. Close/Mid/Far from the table it does magic. Really love this blade. Not much satisfied with the shipping though, but TT11 later reordered this and delivered it (happy on this part about TT11.com).

This is one of the best blades for the money. Good control and good speed with a huge sweet spot. I also have a Treiber K. The TSP has good control like the Treiber, but the TSP is faster and less expensive. I highly recommend this blade for the price.

Super lightweight, well-balanced, and superspeedy. Extremely happy with the purchase. Got the anatomical handle, and it definitely feels different, but it has helped me switch from backhand to forehand more easily (could depend on player). This wood is a great purchase for both attackers and all-around players.

Lacks power for a 7-ply blade. I guess Balsa does not fit my playstyle.

Extremely light blade. Awesome for playing close to the table. Though, far from the table doesn’t have much power. This could be due to my combination of hard rubber (Neo 3) on it.

Very light and well made. Very fast in flat hitting, but not spinny in looping; good at blocking and close to the table. Soft-Medium rubbers are recommended.

Remarkable blade, good quality, consistent control, fast enough, not the fastest though. I glued LKT Rapid Speed for BH and DHS Hurricane 3 for FH, and I quite like this combo; now it is a controlled attack machine. Recommending to anybody who did not play balsa before.

F: Tibhar 1Q, B: GKI Hybrid The wood is very light and has a good combination of control and spin, though I feel the speed will increase as you play more. It is helping me to block better than before. It is my 3rd week of playing and I am feeling the increase in speed from the first week. Topspins are not lightning fast as other carbon blades, but it gives you a moderate speed and heavy spin due to its thick balsa wood, and I feel that is enough if you are hitting within the match.

Overall, after playing for 3 weeks, I am feeling quite comfortable playing close to the table, but yes, playing away from the table with shots like topspin on topspins requires some effort, but I must say it feels worth the cost I have paid for it. Hope the quality is maintained and lasts for at least a year. Thanks for reading.
