I think the speed rating is around 8.6, similar to the Donic Waldner Ultra Carbon Senso. The blade has great flex. However, I did not like the blade much. I am only writing this review to state that the blade is faster than rated here. It is possible that the blade I played with was faster than average, but I cannot say for sure.
Wonderful blade. I use it with Yasaka Mark V HPS Soft on both sides. It’s wonderful for placing shots with pinpoint accuracy. The blade is also great for blocks and wonderful for the short game.
One of the best blades I have played with. It offers an excellent feel, making it great for touch play close to the net. The blade is also devastating on attack.
Very flexible blade, almost too flexible.
I tried it with soft rubbers (Juic Driva Smash Ultima) and it was almost unplayable, too slow and mushy. I guess harder rubbers should be used with it.
The construction is nice and I found the flare handle pretty comfortable.
I’ve had this blade for a while now, and it doesn’t seem to excel at anything specific. The construction is of good quality, but the handle could be larger. I’ve tried a variety of rubbers on this blade, including Yasaka Mark V, Rapid, and Juic Elite Ultima, but the speed remains rather slow.
