Yasaka Sweden EK Carbon
Reviews

Great carbon blade if you’re looking for more speed. It’s made in Sweden.
The speed improves, and the feeling decreases a little, but it feels better than a lot of other carbon blades.
If you like the Sweden Extra and need a bit more speed, give it a shot.

The blade pairs well with Yasaka rubbers and soft rubbers in general.
Some specific recommended pairings include:
- Yasaka Rakza 7 Soft
- Yasaka Mark V
- Yasaka Rakza SPO
Compatible soft rubbers from other brands include: - KTL Rapid Soft
- Reactor Thunder
- Palio Blitz

A very controllable, all-around blade. I liked it more than the Malin Carbon. It generates spin well and has enough speed.

- Construction: Good construction quality with a thickness of 5.6 mm.
- Handle: The ST handle is very comfortable and wide.
- Speed: Fast but not overly so.
- Blocking and Close-to-the-Table Play: Excellent for blocking and playing near the table.
- Throw: Medium throw.
- Rubber Pairing: Pairs best with high-throw rubbers.
- Overall Feel: Consistent with good sensation.

It is a really good blade for me. The value is great because it’s cheap, but the performance is outstanding.
Is there more to be desired?
The resilience is moderate, but a little lacking for me.

Rigid and hard wood provides a fast, but not uncontrollable, playing experience.
The handle is very pretty and comfortable. For optimal performance, soft or medium-soft rubber with a high throw angle is recommended.
